Hi! My name is Maggie Gunnels. I am the founder of The Gunnels Group. I am originally from Northern Virginia and relocated to Charlottesville and Lake Monticello in 2001.
I started selling real estate right out of college with my parents, Betsy and Fred Gunnels. My mom was a top producing Realtor in the region for almost two decades, and my parents were recognized as some of the best and most respected Realtors in our region. They still continue to make an impact in our community to this day. I am proud to continue my family’s legacy, which motivates me to positively impact other families and our community in totality.
Outside of real estate, my passions include my three incredibly smart, hilarious and adorable children. They are my greatest gifts and blessings. My other passions and hobbies include hot yoga, plyometrics, hiking, biking, gardening, lake days, beach days, my family and friends, relaxing, music, travel and my faith.
It’s truly an honor to work in real estate. Alongside my amazing team and clients at The Gunnels Group, I hope to continue my mom’s legacy for many years to come.
