I believe I was the first client that Chris had served as a realtor. Despite that, he had a very good grasp of things and a great personality. I had very little to spend on a new home, and no prospects were available in my price range. In addition, I was on a short deadline to find a house. Practically speaking, this was a near impossible situation, and I needed a miracle. Through it all, Chris was very willing to go anywhere to show properties and he maintained a highly positive attitude. One of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with. As an active-duty military member, I’ve purchased and sold multiple homes across the United States; I’ve been fortunate to have solid realtors. For this particular purchase, I bought the house next door and originally intended to work through the title company stuff on my own with the seller. I had Chris get involved as a matter of convenience, and I’m glad I did. Since the property had a couple mobile homes on it and one was recorded as personal property instead of regular real estate, the transaction became much more complicated than any of my prior purchases. Chris did the research to figure out what all my options were several times as different decision points came up.
