Hi, I’m John Fornecker. I bring more than 15 years of investment experience in capital markets, real estate sales/investment and entrepreneurship to my clients. I started my career in investment consulting at Mangham Associates, where I was responsible for managing more than $400mm of assets for endowments, foundations and high net worth individuals. I was the lead analyst on a $75mm internal private equity fund, a first at the company.
After leaving Mangham, I founded numerous real estate companies and invested in out of favor and distressed real estate assets. I was responsible for deal sourcing, investment parameters, execution of investment dollars and sale of the assets. I was responsible for more than 10 successful real estate rehabs.
I have been a licensed realtor since 2014, and I have sold more than $25mm in real estate. I work with buyers of all budgets, and I have a strong eye for detail and design.
