Hi, my name is Julia Trader, and I am a lifelong local to our area. I was raised in the beautiful Scottsville area, and lived there until I moved to Lake Monticello in 2014.
I have a background in education and health care and I’m now able to serve our community through real estate. In 2011, I married my husband, Steven, and since then we have had three beautiful children.
We are a family that homeschools and are committed to continual personal growth. You can usually find us at a sporting event or coaching baseball for our local youth.
My family and I love fitness and being outside. We spend our free time exercising, hiking, kayaking, hanging out at the Lake Monticello beaches or painting if it’s a rainy day.
I have a passion for serving and helping my community and honored to have a positive impact on more lives through real estate.
